This one is another quick pizza recipe utilizing a pre-made crust. Hey, I'm a single woman with 2 jobs, I am definitely a proponent of the 30-minute meal that leaves me leftovers for a couple of days. .
Ingredients
1 Boboli whole wheat thin pizza crust
1 jar sauce (small - you won't even need the whole thing); I use Ragu Pizza Quick
1 fresh smoked mozzarella (I don't have ounces), shredded
1/4 pound prosciutto, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat oven as instructed on Boboli package
2. Spread sauce on crust.
3. Spread chopped prosciutto on top of sauce
4. Spread shredded mozzarella over the whole thing
5. Bake for 10 minutes
**note - I prefer the smoked mozzarella, you can use plain if you like. I like the smokiness of the mozzarella with the prosciutto, I find they complement each other nicely.
