I really had gotten away from monitoring my weight loss and rejoined WW online back in August. It just wasn't working though. Some days I would track, other days I wouldn't, and it was getting me no where. So I decided that I was one of the people who need to go to meetings every week to help motivate me, inspire me, and keep me accountable since someone else was going to be seeing my weight on the scale. I found a great meeting with an awesome leader near my new apartment. Last week was my first meeting and I went back for my second this morning. I lost 2.4 lbs this week! Woohoo!!! And that was with Halloween and all the stress of registration and packing and school and no exercise. So with that new motivation I'm just gonna keep on keepin' on and see where it takes me.
