O-H-I-O

It is my favorite time of year. Not only is it AUTUMN (although, autumn is considerably lacking in TX - no falling leaves, no crisp wind, no hot apple cider - just 80 degrees...) with the pretty colors and scents that come with it, it is also college football season and we are right smack in the middle of it. My Ohio State Buckeyes had a brilliant weekend, trouncing Purdue, after a dismal outing against Wisconsin last week. Texas lost (again), Michigan State squeaked by Northwestern to remain unbeaten. LSU lost to Auburn. It was a fun, exciting weekend for NCAA-FB, and it's wrapping up now with Alabama beating Tennessee (drat!) and Mizzou currently ahead of Oklahoma (woohoo!). Let's see if Missouri can hold on. I'm all for rooting for the underdog unless they're playing OSU.
