The weekend is right around the corner and I am so excited. Not that we have anything planned, mind you.
Let's talk work bags this Friday. I LOVE a good tote. If I had to pick my favorite style of bag, it would be a tote. I love having the extra space to just toss something in if I'm out and about. This makes them great for work because I can fit my laptop, makeup pouch, ipad, notepads, whatever else I might need for the work day.
This is my current work bag.
As you can see, I've got room for my laptop, my planner pouch, my pouch that holds pens and such, as well as other odds and ends. There is that zipper pocket on one side and then three sewn open pockets on the other. Lots of room. I love it.
If you travel (or will travel again post pandemic)...
I love this one for travel. I have this one and I love that there is a slot on the back to slide the bag over your luggage handle. It travels so well, does not get super heavy with a lot of stuff packed in, and has TONS of pockets to stash USBs, a mouse, pens, business cards, note pads, chargers, you name it.
I LOVE a crossbody bag. I have a version of this that I love to use when I don't have to bring my laptop back and forth. Great for notebooks, all of your every day stuff, an iPad/tablet, but with a crossbody design. Madewell totes are great for this.
If you are looking for something a little more luxe, might I recommend Tory Burch? Everything I have ever bought from TB has been such good quality. This tote will fit the bill nicely and will last you a long time.
Are you really hard on your bags? If you are and know you're only going to need it for a season, I highly recommend the sole society totes. This one is $60. Such a great price and having owned several Sole Society bags, I can say it will probably last you longer than one season.
